Back to the Beach

I was a little worried when I woke up this morning, everything was wet and the sky looked like the rain wasn’t finished. Luckily, the weather held out and I was able to meet the L family out at Torrey Pines for their big family shoot for their Grandmothers birthday. Not everyone was excited about being there for pictures, but I think we were able to get some good shots regardless!

So, L family here is your sneak peak!

Thank You Christina!!!

My sister is getting ready to deploy to Germany for a year (this weekend!) She is a wonderful mother to 2 young children who will miss her tons! I responded to an offer from Christina to turn one of my portraits into a digital painting as a gift to her in thanks for her service.

This is so beautiful, and makes me so happy that we can give this to her and her children. I am ordering it on a canvas so I cannot wait to see how it looks in person!

The Beach

Today I spent the day with K, we went to play at the beach, out for lunch and then play some more!! I have a family who is excited to do a session at Torrey Pines, both the beach and park so I thought I would go check it out today. The only other time I have been here is doing the 3 day walk, and all I could think about was that hill and making it to the top!!

I wasn’t able to get into the park because the road was closed due to an accident so the beach it was for Miss K and I.

Weekend Fun

Well, the rain broke so we headed out for Sea World today, and a miracle happened! I got a shot of all 3 of my girls….looking at the camera (well in the general direction of the camera!) Not only that, but they all are happy!!

Rainy Day Sessions

Well the morning started on a down note, we had to cancel B’s senior shoot because it was raining.
This afternoon though I got to meet C and T who came for maternity pictures. Here is your sneak peak, I am so excited to start editing these, they look awesome!! Thanks again, I had a good time meeting you both, and cannot wait to hear about the baby!!
